Excellent hotel, comfortable and clean with an excellent spa/ health facility. Well worth the stay, for the spa alone. Only disappointment was the menu was reduced for the bank holiday weekend which we were not told about prior to our stay and when we asked for something they were out of what we wanted. You must make a reservation for the restaurant or you won't get a seat.

This was our first stay in knightsbrook and it was great. The food was some of the best we have ever tasted. The staff were great, nothing was to much trouble for them .We will gladly return again .

We really enjoyed our stay, Laura on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just a few things we noticed The food service in the bar was very slow The TV in our room (205) kept going fuzzy every hour for a few minutes. There was no key to lock the patio door in the room (we had a 4 year old and just worried she'd open it and go outside) There seemed to be a lot of things out of order, the play room for our first day, the water fountain in the gym, one of the toilets in the male changing room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, the nursery room was brilliant.

First time to stay in your hotel. I will definitely return. Staff were very friendly. The Leisure facility is great. Food in the restaurant excellent and service likewise.

We flew in from London and stayed at the Knightsbrook for three nights as we were attending a family wedding at this venue. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating in all areas. I would stay there again for sure.
