Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved everything about your hotel. It was amazing, we will for sure stay with you again in the future. My only complaint is that our room was to hot, even if we tried to set the air condition to the absolute lowest it was very warm, we had to open the balcony door at night to compensate.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful although reception staff very slow on check in. Only two staff to check in a large group. Our room was clean however it showed it’s age. There was thick moss growing on the wall outside our balcony, the slabs were uneven - both could be improved with just a small fix. The carpet in our room was cut and had joinings that were not glued down and the carpet didn’t fit into the walls and corners. When we turned on the jakuzzi bath a lot of dirt (hairs and skin) came out into the water - this clearly hasn’t been maintained/ cleaner regularly.

We stayed here for a relaxing spa break and enjoyed every minute. The staf were so friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the spa was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay in the Knightsbrook, have stayed there before and it never disappoints. Will be back.

Stayed in one of the Guest Houses this time and it was just the best.
